Stouffer & Company has a well-established network of credentialled project management professionals covering a broad array of project management disciplines. Our founder, Mr. Barry Otterholt is known for his recovery of struggling IT projects. He has thirty years of experience spanning all three sectors, and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®), a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM®).

Our resource pool is available on an hourly basis for variable needs, a fixed price basis for defined-scope projects, or on an interim basis to provide continuity and insight during periods of transition. We are also available on negotiated contract basis to recover troubled projects.
